I just wanted to extend a big thanks to Rob and Chris for the hard work they did in fitting wooden floors in my two bedroom flat. The floors and the finish are fantastic and I am delighted with the difference they have made to my home.
 
From initial invoice to the end of the job, Rob and Chris were friendly, helpful and very reliable and nothing was too much trouble.  Plus they completed the work in very good time.
 
I would highly recommend them to other prospective customers.

I thought I would write to you to say how very pleased I have been with the service that you provided when installing my new flooring.

The service was not only personal but very professional from start to finish. I particularly liked the fact that you quoted me on the same evening that you came to visit and I was able to make my decision quickly and be provided with an exact date for the commencement of the job.

I was able to contact you about problems that I had encountered and you were always helpful and willing to accomodate which was very reassuring.

The work that you carried out was of a very high standard and although I was not present I felt very confident that you had not taken any short cuts. In fact I was very impressed that you rearranged your work schedule because the sub flooring was not dry enough .
